Devra Roberts
Devra Roberts vision and leadership are instrumental in shaping the pageant's direction and ensuring its continued success. Devra has excelled as a contestant, judge, and director. Her passion lies in creating meaningful opportunities for young women to grow, develop their talents, and build confidence. As a former contestant herself, Devra had success, earning local, state, and even international honors. She has experience judging pageants ranging from local events to large scale events like the Miss Volunteer Organization. Devra has certification with the prestigious Pageant Planet and the American Child Pageant Judges Association. She is committed to developing not only outward poise, but also the inner strength and self-worth that create a lasting impact. Devra believes true beauty is found in confidence, kindness, and faith, and she's honored to play a role in shaping the next generation of strong, graceful leaders.
Brenda Wade
Brenda Wade has a background in leadership and management. Her experience managing diverse, international teams has deepened her understanding of the unique qualities each girl brings to a pageant. She had many years in the pageant industry that has shaped her journey, including many successful years directing the North Alabama Cinderella Pageant. She also dedicates her spare time to editing books for an acclaimed author. Brenda has certification with the prestigious Pageant Planet and the American Child Pageant Judges Association. She firmly believes that true beauty is a gift from God, and that inner beauty is the most genuine and lasting attribute anyone can possess.
